A bouquet of osmanthus flowers, oolong, peach blossoms, mandarin peel and pear. A dairy-free sorbet, created in collaboration with Gryphon Tea Company.
Store gelato in the freezer at -18°C. Before serving, temper gelato in the fridge at -4°C for about 10 minutes to reach ideal serving conditions.
Our gelato is freshly made, so for best quality we recommend enjoying it within one week after opening or within one month if unopened.
