



Osmanthus Pear Sorbet

A bouquet of osmanthus flowers, oolong, peach blossoms, mandarin peel and pear. A dairy-free sorbet, created in collaboration with Gryphon Tea Company.
Store gelato in the freezer at -18°C. Before serving, let the gelato sit in the fridge at -4°C for about 10 minutes to soften slightly and reach the ideal serving temperature for the best taste and texture.
Our gelato is freshly made, so for best quality. We recommend enjoying it within one week after opening, or within one month if unopened.
