Joining the Membership Programme
Birds of Paradise Rewards is our Membership Programme, our way of saying thanks to customers like you for being a part of the Birds of Paradise community. Members get to earn points while enjoying their gelato, bringing them closer to rewards and perks (& more gelato!) that are exclusively available on this Membership Programme.
Joining is free and simple! You can sign up for the Membership Programme here, or by scanning the QR in our boutiques, or by clicking through the referral email if you received one from a friend who cares about your gelato needs.
Just provide your mobile number and email as login credentials, and you'll be ready to start earning points right away!
Birds of Paradise Rewards is free to join, it's our way of saying thanks to you, our customers.
While our boutique at Jewel Changi Airport is not part of the Membership Programme, we're happy to offer it at our online boutique and our five other boutiques located at Katong, Craig Road, Beach Road, Mandai Wildlife West, and Holland Village.
Managing My Account
You only need either your mobile number or email to log in. Next, if you can’t remember your password, you can still sign in using an OTP that is immediately sent to your email.
To update your membership account details (i.e. name, email, mobile number),
- Log in to your membership account here or by clicking on the Birds of Paradise Rewards widget at the bottom right of our website
- Click on “My Account”
To update any changes to your birthday, please email customercare@birdsofparadise.sg where we may request you to provide a verification.
No worries! Simply provide your email / mobile number to customercare@birdsofparadise.sg or via the WhatsApp widget at the bottom of our website. We’ll be happy to assist you.
To adjust the types of notifications that you receive from the members programme,
- Log in to your membership account here or by clicking on the Birds of Paradise Rewards widget at the bottom right of our website
- Click on “My Account”
- Click on “Notification Settings”
Regardless of your notification setting choices, you will continue to remain a member of Birds of Paradise Rewards.
If your Membership Account is inactive (i.e. has not incurred any spending over 365 days), we may close your account to give others the opportunity to benefit from this Membership Programme. Do note that your membership tier, unused points, and unused rewards will be forfeited upon account closure, and cannot be reinstated should you choose to be a member again
Thereafter, if you would like to become a member again, please sign up for the Membership Programme here, or by scanning the QR in our boutiques.
You can opt-out of the Membership Programme at any time by contacting customercare@birdsofparadise.sg. Do note that your membership tier, unused Points, and unused rewards will be forfeited upon cancelling your membership, and cannot be reinstated should you choose to be a member again.

Earning Points
You earn points every time you make a purchase at Birds of Paradise Gelato Boutique’s physical boutiques* or online boutique (here), except for any exclusions listed below. For every dollar spent, you’ll earn points according to your membership tier, up to 250 points per transaction per day. For your birthday, you will earn 2x points on your first purchase made in your birthday month.
You can also earn points via “Refer a Friend” and “Bring Your Own Bag”. Also, be sure to check for any special promotions that may help you earn extra points!
*Excluding our boutique at Jewel Changi Airport
The transactions below are excluded from earning points:
- Transactions made at our boutique at Jewel Changi Airport;
- Shipping fees from our online boutique;
- Transactions made on third-party delivery / marketplace platforms (e.g. Deliveroo, Grab);
- Transactions made by direct email / chat ordering from our Company;
- Transactions made on the purchase of Physical Vouchers, Online Gift Cards, and any other value-bearing token;
- Transactions as may be defined by the Company from time to time.
Your accumulated points allow you to redeem rewards. Be sure to check your points balance regularly and use them before they expire!
Your points balance will be visible once you log in to your membership account, by clicking the Birds of Paradise Rewards widget at the bottom right of our website.
Points are valid for one year from the date that they are earned; unused points expire one year after the month that they were earned. For example, if you earned 100 points on 15 Mar 25 and 88 points on 22 Mar 25, then on 1 Apr 26 188 points will expire if they remain unused.
To gain the best experience from your membership, be sure to redeem rewards with your points before they expire.
Points are non-transferable, and are linked only to the account in which they were earned.
Redeeming Rewards
The rewards and perks of the Membership Programme include vouchers, gifts, treats, savings, privileges, exclusive experiences, and more.
Step 1: Via your mobile device
(Pro tip: save time by doing this step while queueing!)
- Log in to your membership account here or by clicking on the Birds of Paradise Rewards widget at the bottom right of our website
- Click on “Rewards Catalogue”
- Select your reward, then click “Redeem”
- Navigate to “My Rewards Wallet” in the menu bar to find your newly redeemed reward
Step 2: At the Cashier / Check-out page
- Navigate to “My Rewards Wallet” in the menu bar to find your newly redeemed reward
- Select your reward
- (For online check-out) enter the Discount Code in the check-out page, then complete the transaction
- (For physical boutique) inform the Discount Code to the Cashier, then complete the transaction
Perks are given out by Birds of Paradise without the need for points, typically when the Member attains a milestone (e.g. welcome, birthday, tier upgrade). When the milestone occurs, the perks will automatically be dropped into your account for you to claim.
All rewards and perks in “My Rewards Wallet” have an expiry date, which is stated in the T&C for each reward or perk.
You cannot use your rewards and perks for the following transactions:
- Transactions made at our boutique at Jewel Changi Airport;
- Transactions made on third-party delivery / marketplace platforms (e.g. Deliveroo, Grab);
- Transactions made by direct email / chat ordering from our Company;
- Transactions made on the purchase of Physical Vouchers, Online Gift Cards, and any other value-bearing token;
- Transactions made on the purchase of subscription items from our online boutique
- Transactions as may be defined by the Company from time to time.
Online Rewards can only be used at our online boutique.
In-boutique Rewards can only be used at our physical boutiques, except for our boutique at Jewel Changi Airport which is not part of the Membership Programme.
The rewards cannot be used interchangeably, so be mindful to redeem the correct reward according to where you wish to utilise the reward. Rewards cannot be changed once they have been redeemed.
In-boutique Rewards (Katong) can only be used at our boutique at Katong. In-boutique Rewards (Holland Village, Craig Road, Beach Road, Mandai) can only be used at our boutiques at the named locations.

Rewards and perks are generally not stackable with other offers or promotions (e.g. only one reward may be used per transaction), unless otherwise stated in the T&C for each specific offer or promotion.
By default, your membership account is set up to notify you of news and promotions via email.
Membership Tiers
There are three membership tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The table of membership tiers and benefits is shown here.
No matter which membership tier you are currently at, our Membership Programme serves to let you enjoy your gelato while earning points and rewards at the same time - it’s our way of saying thanks. We hope to build a community where everyone can delight in our botanical gelato in a manner that is comfortable and enjoyable for their own lifestyle.
That said, the higher membership tiers do enjoy a higher rate of points conversion and therefore access to more rewards, extra birthday perks, and exclusive surprise experiences.
The minimum spending required over a 12-month period is:
- Bronze: Free to enter, min. 1 transaction to keep account active
- Silver: $300
- Gold: $800
As soon as you achieve the minimum spending for the next higher tier, you will be upgraded and can enjoy the benefits of that tier.
Refer A Friend
Existing Members can refer your friends to join the Membership Programme, and automatically receive a Referral Reward of 5 points (equivalent to $5-spending) for each successful referral.
New Members can use their friend’s Referral Code to sign up for the Membership Programme, and will enjoy the Welcome Gift for new members and access to all the benefits of the Membership Programme.
A successful referral occurs when the New Member signs up using the Referral Code sent by an Existing Member and when the New Member has achieved a cumulative spend of $20.
To refer a friend,
- Log in to your membership account here or by clicking on the Birds of Paradise Rewards widget at the bottom right of our website
- Click on “Refer A Friend”
- Send the “Referral Code” to your friend for him to sign up
If your friend has not signed up as a New Member at all, or if he has signed up but without using your Referral Code, you will not receive any Referral Reward.
(Pro Tip: nudge your friend to sign up using your Referral Code, so that you can enjoy the benefits.)
If your friend has signed up as a New Member using your Referral Code, you will only receive the Referral Reward once he has achieved a cumulative spending of $20.
First, sign up as a member by using the Referral Code that your friend had sent you. You may access the sign-up page either by clicking on the referral link that they had sent you, or by navigating here.
Once you have enrolled as a New Member, simply spend $20 to unlock the Referral Reward for your friend. As a New Member, you will also receive a Welcome Gift and access to all the benefits of the Membership Programme.
