Floral notes from the Tahitensis vanilla, accented by a wondrous swirl of balsamic figs.
Store gelato in the freezer at -18°C. Before serving, temper gelato in the fridge at -4°C for about 10 minutes to reach ideal serving conditions.
Our gelato is freshly made, so for best quality we recommend enjoying it within one week after opening or within one month if unopened.
