1 gold candle will be provided with your order. Kindly note that a knife is not included.

Place the gelato cake in the freezer (-18°C) immediately after collection or delivery for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Before serving, transfer the gelato cake from freezer to fridge for 5 minutes. Dip a metal knife in hot water and dry it before slicing. Kindly note that we do not provide a knife. 

If the gelato cake had been left out for a while, please keep it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before enjoying it.

For best quality, we recommend consuming the gelato cake within 2 days of delivery or collection. 

We strongly recommend arranging delivery to the address where the gelato cake will be enjoyed, and informing the recipient of the delivery date and time so the cake can be received and stored in the freezer immediately upon arrival.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, our driver will contact you to seek permission to leave the package with a neighbour or at the door. Should the customer remain uncontactable, a re-delivery fee of $20 will apply.

The same products packed for the customer will be re-delivered at an agreed date and time window, subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee the condition of the products.

The gelato cake is packed in a cake box and transported in an insulated carrier, ensuring it remains frozen throughout its journey.
