1. There is no return or exchange of gelato unless you had received a wrong flavour or severely melted gelato.
2. Our gelato is packed with ice packs and have been tested to arrive frozen. Gelato that is slightly soft but still cold to the touch will retain its quality without compromise as long as it's kept in the freezer immediately upon arrival for at least 30 to 45 min prior to serving.
3. If you receive a wrong flavour or severely melted gelato, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org on the same day and we will re-ship the gelato as well as retrieve the wrong/melted gelato to make things right on the day itself as much as possible.
