Online Gift Card Terms and Conditions

  • The Birds of Paradise Online Gift Card can only be redeemed on our online boutique at www.birdsofparadise.sg; it cannot be redeemed at our physical boutiques.
  • To use the online gift card, simply enter the Online Gift Card code into the discount code field on the checkout page to redeem the value on the card. 
  • The Online Gift Card can be used for multiple purchases; the remaining balance can be used at subsequent purchase(s) within the validity period of the card.
  • Online Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, and the validity period can be checked through the Gift Card email. There is strictly no extension of validity period.
  • Upon expiry, any unused value in the Online Gift Card will be forfeited; it cannot be converted back to cash.
  • The Birds of Paradise Online Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash; is not replaceable; and is not reloadable.
  • The Management reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions governing the use of the Birds of Paradise Online Gift Card at any time without prior notice.
