Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
1.1 The Scratch & Win Promotion ("the Promotion") is open to all customers aged 18 years or older of Birds of Paradise Gelato Boutique ("the Brand") by Aesopica Pte Ltd ("the Company"), unless otherwise specified in these terms and conditions.
1.2 Employees of the Company are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period
2.1 The Promotion will run from 5 April 2025 to 30 April 2025. Entries received after this period will not be considered.

3. How to Participate
3.1 To participate, customers must scratch the grey area on the Scratch & Win card to reveal the prize.
3.2 Each participant is entitled to one Scratch & Win card with an accompanying purchase upon presenting his/her valid Birds of Paradise membership, subject to daily limit unless otherwise stated.
3.3 If a prize is revealed, the participant will be eligible to claim the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.

4. Prize(s)
4.1 The prizes available include free toppings, baby scoop, cone chips and a free Gold Tier membership. 
4.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative unless specified.
4.3 Prize is subject to availability and the Company has the right to substitute it with a similar prize.

5. Winner Selection
5.1 Winners will be determined when the participant tears and reveals a winning prize.
5.2 All winners will be notified immediately at the point of participation.
5.3 Winners have to present their scratch & win card, membership sign up and receipt of purchase to a cashier staff at Birds of Paradise Gelato Boutique to claim the prize.

6. Redemption of Prizes
6.1 Prizes must be claimed on the same day of purchase and upon receiving the Scratch & Win Card.
6.2 Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility to claim their prize.
6.3 If a winner does not claim their prize within the specified time frame, the prize will be forfeited. 

7. Another Chance to Win
7.1 Participants with the Scratch & Win card have another chance of winning.
7.2 Participants can post a picture of the Scratch & Win card and gelato on Instagram story from 3 - 30 April 2025 for a chance to win a complimentary scoop of gelato. 
7.3 To qualify, participants have to follow @bopgelato on instagram; share an instagram post or story on their own IG story; and tag @bopgelato in the story. 
7.4 Participants can share multiple stories to increase chances of winning.
7.5 Only Instagram accounts that are public at the time of sharing will be eligible for selection.
7.6 Each week, 3 random winners will be selected. 
7.7 Winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram by 7 May 2025. 

8. Publicity
8.1 By participating in the Promotion, winners agree to participate in publicity activities, including having their names and images used by the Company in marketing materials, social media, and advertisements without additional compensation.

9. Disqualification
9.1 The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process, providing false information, or engaging in any fraudulent activity.
9.2 Participants who violate these terms and conditions may also be disqualified.

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless Aesopica Pte Ltd, its affiliates, and agents from any liability, loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the Promotion or use of the prize.

11. Privacy
11.1 By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering the Promotion.
11.2 Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for prize fulfillment or legal obligations.

12. General Terms
12.1 The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice.
12.2 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
12.3 In case of any disputes, the decision of the Company will be final.
