Created in collaboration with Nesuto, our White Christmas Gelato Log Cake features creamy Varlhona Sea Salt Cookies & Cream and pear gelato from Birds of Paradise layered between Nesuto’s chocolate and spiced gingerbread sponge. Topped with delicate meringue fingers. Yields 10 - 12 slices. Contains Milk, Eggs, Gluten
Midnight Gianduja
Italian hazelnuts & dark chocolate create a scoop of jet-black goodness. Contains Milk & Tree Nuts
Strawberry Basil
The tang of red strawberries is rounded off with the mellow tones of a basil infusion Contains Milk

Place the White Christmas Gelato Log Cake in the freezer (-18°C) immediately after collection or delivery for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Before serving, transfer cake from freezer to fridge for 5 minutes. Dip a metal knife in hot water and dry it before slicing. Kindly note that we do not provide a knife.
If the gelato log cake had been left out for a while, please keep it in the freezer for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour before enjoying it.
For best quality, we recommend consuming the log cake within 3 days of delivery or collection.
We strongly recommend a delivery to the address where the log cake is to be enjoyed, and inform the recipient about the delivery date and time, and to receive and store the cake in the freezer immediately.
If no one is present at the time of delivery, our driver will give you a call to leave the package with a neighbour or at the door. If the customer remains uncontactable, an admin & logistic fee of $20 will apply for a re-delivery. The same products packed for the customer will be re-delivered at an agreed date and time window, subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee the condition of the products.
The White Christmas Gelato Log Cake can last for 30 mins outside of the freezer. Place the cake in the freezer (-18°C) immediately after collection for at least 45 minutes before serving.
