A festive creation born from a collaboration between Birds of Paradise and Nesuto. This log cake brings together layers of creamy Valrhona Sea Salt Cookies & Cream gelato and Pear gelato from Birds of Paradise, nestled between Nesuto’s chocolate and spiced gingerbread sponge.
Finished with delicate meringue fingers, it’s a joyful balance of comfort and whimsy — a Christmas centerpiece that delights both kids and adults alike.
Available in limited quantities, while stocks last.
Yields approximately 10–12 slices.

Place the White Christmas Gelato Log Cake in the freezer (-18°C) immediately after collection or delivery for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Before serving, transfer cake from freezer to fridge for 5 minutes. Dip a metal knife in hot water and dry it before slicing. Kindly note that we do not provide a knife.
If the gelato log cake had been left out for a while, please keep it in the freezer for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour before enjoying it.
For best quality, we recommend consuming the log cake within 3 days of delivery or collection.
We strongly recommend a delivery to the address where the log cake is to be enjoyed, and inform the recipient about the delivery date and time, and to receive and store the cake in the freezer immediately.
If no one is present at the time of delivery, our driver will give you a call to leave the package with a neighbour or at the door. If the customer remains uncontactable, an admin & logistic fee of $20 will apply for a re-delivery. The same products packed for the customer will be re-delivered at an agreed date and time window, subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee the condition of the products.
