Macadamia Butterfly Pea

Buttery macadamia nuts whirled with butterfly pea flower and a dash of blue salt. Originally created for Wild Rice theatre's cross-cultural opera, The Butterfly Lovers.
Store gelato in the freezer at -18°C. Before serving, temper gelato in the fridge at -4°C for about 10 minutes to reach ideal serving conditions.
Our gelato is freshly made, so for best quality we recommend enjoying it within one week after opening or within one month if unopened.
