Coconut Sorbet
A balance so fragrant and velvety, it's just like eating a coconut! Made from freshly cold-pressed premium coconut milk in collaboration with The Coconut Club. Dairy- free. 

Midnight Gianduja
Italian hazelnuts & dark chocolate create a scoop of jet-black goodness. Contains Milk & Tree Nuts.

Thyme Cone Chips (Packet)
House-made and infused with thyme, our thyme cone chips are a perfect accompaniment and topping to any Birds of Paradise gelato flavour. Contains Gluten, Eggs and Milk.

Store gelato in the freezer at -18°C. Before serving, let the gelato sit in the fridge at -4°C for about 10 minutes to soften slightly and reach the ideal serving temperature for the best taste and texture.

Our gelato is freshly made, so for best quality, we recommend enjoying it within one week after opening, or within one month if unopened.
