You’ll receive a curated package of 3 pints featuring our best-selling and signature botanical gelato flavours, delivered straight to your doorstep every month. It’s a delicious and effortless way to treat yourself regularly.

Perfect as a thoughtful gift — we’ll deliver gelato to the recipient’s door each month for 3 months. You pay for the entire duration of the subscription at checkout, with no recurring charges.

For an extra touch of delight, you can add surprise accompaniments to your subscription—think treats to pair with your gelato or limited-edition seasonal gelato party cups.

Your first gelato order will be delivered on your chosen date and time, with future deliveries arriving monthly on the same day as the day you placed your order, between 2:00–4:30 PM. For example, an order placed on January 5th will be delivered on February 5th, March 5th, and so on.

Absolutely! Whether you’re going on vacation, your freezer is full, or you just need a different delivery date, you can easily reschedule. Simply click on ‘View Subscription’ in your subscription email to choose a new date. (Tip: search “Birds of Paradise Subscription” in your inbox to find the email quickly.)

The standard delivery window for gelato subscriptions is between 2:00–4:30 PM. If you prefer an evening delivery between 6:00–8:00 PM, simply email us or send a WhatsApp message to 9862 3260 at least one day before your delivery date.

You can update your delivery address by clicking on ‘View Subscription’ in the subscription email you received. (Tip: search “Birds of Paradise Subscription” in your inbox to find it easily.)

Your credit card will be charged immediately at checkout for your first order. For ongoing monthly subscriptions, recurring charges will be automatically billed to your card on the same date each month as your original order. For example, if you placed your first order on June 10th, future charges will occur on July 10th, August 10th, and so on.

You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime by clicking ‘View Subscription’ in the subscription email you received.

You can let us know which flavours you’d like to avoid (e.g. due to dietary concerns) by adding a note in the Special Instructions text box before completing your checkout. We'll do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Yes, simply enter your message in the Gift Message text box at checkout, and we’ll include a complimentary note card with your order.
