Storage & Consumption

Place the Baked Alaska gelato cake in the freezer (-18°C) immediately after collection or delivery for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Before serving, transfer cake from freezer to fridge for 5 minutes. Dip a metal knife in hot water and dry it before slicing. Kindly note that we do not provide a knife. 

If the Baked Alaska had been left out for a while, please keep it in the freezer for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour before enjoying it.

For best quality, we recommend consuming the Baked Alaska within 3 days of delivery or collection. 

Delivery

We strongly recommend a delivery to the address where the cake is to be enjoyed, and inform the recipient about the delivery date and time, and to receive and store the cake in the freezer immediately.

If no one is present at the time of delivery, our driver will give you a call to leave the package with a neighbour or at the door. If the customer remains uncontactable, an admin & logistic fee of $18 will apply for a re-delivery. The same products packed for the customer will be re-delivered at an agreed date and time window, subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee the condition of the products. 

Store Collection

The Baked Alaska gelato cake can last for 45 mins to 1 hour outside of the freezer. Place the cake in the freezer (-18°C) immediately after collection for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour before serving. 

Packaging

The Baked Alaska will be packed in a gold box, see reference image below of an empty box.
